Bulletin of Wiener Börse AG

Pursuant to Article 4 par. 2 of the General Terms and Conditions of Business of the exchange operating company, Wiener Börse AG, this organ shall promulgate the General Terms of Business of the exchange operating company and any amendments to it, all other general directives of the exchange operating company as well as all resolutions, decisions or facts of relevance for exchange trading, for the management and operation of Wiener Börse, for the management and operation of regulated markets and for the operation of a Multilateral Trading System.
