Fees: Certificates and Warrants
In the following, a short overview of the listing fees and inclusion fees is given. No fees are charged for the listing or inclusion in trading of issuance programs.
The fees in the two tables below shall apply to warrants and participation certificates (e.g.
index certificates, discount certificates, etc.), but not to guarantee certificates or share bonds
(reverse convertible notes). The
schedule of fees for bonds shall
apply to guarantee certificates and share bonds (reverse convertible notes).
One-time admission fees and listing fees (regulated markets) and inclusion fees (MTF – Third Market) for certificates and warrants

The calculation base for certificates: The number of certificates listed or included on the
first day of trading; for the listing or inclusion in trading of new, additional certificates, a
fee shall be charged according to the progressive fee scale.
The calculation base for warrants: The number of warrants listed or included on the first day
of trading; for the listing or inclusion in trading of new, additional warrants, a fee shall be
charged according to the progressive fee scale.
