Company profile:

The conwert Immobilien Invest AG was founded as a group holding company in July 2001. The acquisition of diverse project management enterprises from the conwert company group created the convert Invest group in the second half-year 2001. The company directly or indirectly owns individual properties and has a management agreement with convert Immoblien Gesellschaft mbH for acquisitions and operations, i.e., the development, marketing and management of the properties, thus benefiting from the know-how of the experts and the advantages of the network of the entire conwert company group.

The core geographic region of business is Vienna, which has a large number of potential structures suitable for development.  The focus of the company’s business is the development real estate properties dating from before 1945. These real estate properties worthy of restoration are bought and the necessary upgrading investments for developing the properties are made. The company’s core activity is the optimisation of commercial and office space, the adaptation of flats and the conversion of attics into flats in the properties acquired.
