Company profile:

TeleTrader Enwicklungs- und Vertriebsges.m.b.H. was founded in May 1995 by Christian J. Baha, Chairman of the Board, as a stock exchange software development oriented company. Its establishment was boosted by creation of the "TeleTrader Text", a product that extracts daily data from the Austrian Teletext. Since its foundation, TeleTrader has succeeded in receiving orders from a number of renowned companies such as Reuters and BMW.

The Company's range of products comprises "Reuters Junior", a product that targets private customers, "Reuters C.T.S." for professionals and "Reuters Investor", initially developed for corporate customers in Poland. In Austria and Poland approximately 1.500 terminals at banks and private customers are equipped with "Reuters Junior", "Reuters C.T.S." and "Reuters Investor". In 1996 Teletrader expanded into the Dutch and Geman markets with its products "Option Trader" and "Portfolio Trader".

In 1997, the US company FutureSource/Bridge LLC, one of the worldwide real-time data providers in the area of derivatives, ordered a software application for trading rooms targeted at brokers and banks. The software named "TeleTrader Professional" enables analysis through graphical processing of real-time data. A year later TeleTrader developed the Market Data Server for BMW. The launch of "TeleTrader Professional", in 1997, was followed by "FutureSource Professional". This was introduced to the US market in June of 1999 and "ProNet" - an Internet version of "FutureSource Professional" - was released in June 2000. These products have been marketed internationally through FutureSource/Bridge LLC.

In the third quarter of 1999, TeleTrader introduced "TeleTrader Web", a new product aimed at modular construction of financial web portals in Austria. In addition, the product is now being used by two German customers.

2000 has been a year of significant importance for the company. The introduction of the W@P technology enabled TeleTrader to initiate "TeleTrader W@P" - a service available so far only in the Austrian market, allowing users to retrieve more than 100,000 values interactively.

The Company launched its financial portal, TeleTrader.com, and expanded internal content area by offering news and other stock exchange related information. It entered into a partnership with BEKO Holding AG, opened a Sales Office in London, developed the software and hardware products "TeleTrader Ticker" and "TeleTrader Datawall", a real-time price display, and launched the development of "TT-Trade" intended for electronic routing.

In 2001, TeleTrader's efforts will be directed toward strengthening the Sales Office in Frankfurt, development of a Back Office Small Solution and further expansion of the development team.

TeleTrader has been listed in Wiener Börse since March 29, 2000.
