| Business divisions: | JoWooD Productions Software AG is specialised in the development of entertainment
software and distributes its products via traditional distribution channels (distribution partners,
wholesalers). In 1996 the first game "THINK X", a puzzle game was launched. In 1997 the business
simulation game "INDUSTRIEGIGANT" became a bestseller. Further games were: "MAYDAY", a strategy
game that plays in the future and incorporates tactical military elements; "DIE VÖLKER" is a
creative strategy game based on the doings of three extraterrestrial tribes that live on one planet
and "VERKEHRSGIGANT" is a organisation and strategy game based on a simulation of public
transportation.
New products are scheduled for release in the foreseeable future: "THANDOR", "FRONTIERLAND", "INDUSTRIEGIGANT 2", "INDUSTRIEGIGANT Online", "DIE VÖLKER 2", "FLESH & BLOOD", "HEART OF AFRICA", "DER FERIENGIGANT" and "STEEL FORCE". |
