Regulated Markets and Multilateral Trading Systems (MTF)
Effective 1 November 2007, a differentiation between regulated markets and the operation of
Multilateral Trading Systems (MTF) has been introduced.
In Austria, the regulated markets are the Official Market and Second Regulated Market operated by Wiener Börse AG pursuant to the Stock Exchange Act. Additionally, Wiener Börse AG operates the Third Market as an MTF. Wiener Börse AG has separate General Terms and Conditions of Business for the Third Market.
The following securities are currently listed on Wiener Börse
