Admission to Trading of Schnigge Wertpapierhandelsbank AG Düsseldorf (Germany)

The Management Board of the exchange operating company, Wiener Börse AG, passed the resolution on
17 August 2009 to admit the exchange member Schnigge Wertpapierhandelsbank AG Düsseldorf
(Germany) in its function as a securities exchange under the concept of the free movement of
services - effective as of 21 August 2009.
The member Schnigge Wertpapierhandelsbank AG Düsseldorf has been admitted to trading on
the cash market for securities through the electronic trading system Xetra®. Schnigge
Wertpapierhandelsbank AG Düsseldorf takes part directly in the clearing and settlement system as a
Participating Clearing Member for trades concluded on the cash market.
Membership in the Vienna Stock Exchange also entitles members to take part in trading the
Third Market operated by Wiener Börse AG as an MTF.
