AutoBank is a bank licensed in the Republic of Austria in accordance with the provisions of the Austrian Banking Act. AutoBank is focused entirely on the automotive financing business (leasing and credit financing for motor vehicles), as well as the deposit business to finance its automotive financing business. Its strategic focus is on auto dealerships in their dual function as financing customers and sales brokers. Accordingly, the asset side features dealer financing and financing for car buyers, while the liabilities side consists of the deposit business. Unlike many companies in the automotive financing segment, AutoBank is not dependent on any manufacturer or importer. AutoBank also buys up automotive lease receivables, which are secured by the relevant vehicles. |
